All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. Prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK law and professional guidelines.
We do not accept prescriptions issued by third parties. Each prescription is reviewed on an individual basis, and approval is not guaranteed. Our clinical team may request additional information or decline to prescribe if they consider it in your best interest.
Repeat prescriptions are subject to periodic clinical review. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will take place within 1 working day. Orders approved after our daily dispatch cut-off will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery is available to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the medication has not already been dispensed. Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded for safety and legal reasons.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at the contact details provided on our website. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you have been declined for treatment following a clinical review, a full refund will be issued promptly.
